How To Return An Item
To return an item it must be in its original unused condition. All item must be return within 10 days.
Please email email@example.com to request an authorization # and the mailing address for the return item. Once that number is issued, it will expire within 5 business days so it is your responsibility to return the item immediately after the number is issued

3. Include in your package the reason for your return and the original receipt or packing slip.
Return Exceptions. Some items can not be returned if they are opened or used. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Personalized items are not returnable nor exchangeable. Please make your selection carefully. Please ask any questions necessary before you place the order for an item with personalization. There are no exceptions.
Restocking Fee. All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you paid on the order.
Exchanges. You may exchange an item if your item is unused and is not personalized. You may exchange your item for a different style or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping both ways.
Turnaround. All orders are shipped within 48 hours. We ship Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
We do not ship adult blankets to International Countries. It cost too much due to size and weight. If you are willing to pay additional shipping charges, you must contact us prior to placing your order
Carriers. We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Order Tracking. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the amount of your order and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you decide not to purchase it.
Back Orders. If an item goes on back order we will notify you before we ship. We do not ship partial orders
